I meant I worry if the Saint is safe from redevelopment. I think after they finish Ocean Ave and Cookman Ave the people trying to rid the town of its past will go after cleaning up Main Street.

I'm at the Saint about 3-4 times a week generally. I love that place. I hope the rumors I've heard were wrong, but I know I've been there at least two or three times when the inspectors pulled a fast inspection on a busy night and were CLEARLY hoping to catch them with something bad. Thankfully, Scott's partner is a lawyer and he was there a few of those times. When he's there, the inspectors don't have a chance at pulling anything!
