Back to the case. I haven't read it either but I thought I saw where 
the judges say they saw no constitutional right to same sex 
marriage. That they say is up to the legislature. I'm sure you're 
happy with "no legislation by the bench." The state constitution, 
however, the court said, cannot abide the present unequal treatment 
of rights and benefits. I think the court alsomade the remark that 
it cannot see how the state can afford equal rights to gay couples 
without permitting same sex marriage.

What's your stand on same sex marriage Tom, for or against? Do you 
break with the Right on this one?
