Once they make the deal with Madison Marquet we will see a lot of
action Dan knows they are for real. But a deal still needs to be a
cut.I just hope the Fish don't try to rape and chase them. With them
still haning around it has to be a good sign. I believe they are
doing the 5th Ave Pavilion. I could be wrong.

"But the rendering for Entertainment has the words "New Image To
Come" when you click on the picture. Has anyone heard anything
about this? Are there new plans to be unveiled or have they
officially scrapped the original plans?"

however good point. i think asbury park in the minds of most has
always had a "Tacky, bizzare" atmoshphere to it. hows that bad? the
same way point pleseant and seaside heights are different then other
towns. not just because they have amusments, but becasue when you
walk aroudn them, you can feel the difference over another town.
seaside hegiths put in a new row of "classical style lights" down its
main road near the ocean a few years ago. it killed the town, it may
be more historicaly correct (???) but for the most part it sure as
hell doesnt fit in with the beachfront of seaside heights. it looks
out of place. even in a few years when a the fun town peir is shut
down, its not going to change the rest of the boardwalk. back to
asbury park though. im sure there is a new vision for the "look" of
the area. but maybe its just a new image that is being drawn up, it
doesnt mean the desigh ideas and
