It's definitely far gone. I walk my dog by there everyday. Too bad they let it decay so much. Once, when I was a kid, my parents took me there. There was a piano bar inside, and I had my first and only "Grasshopper". Looks like i'm going to have to figure out how to get inside for some photos before it's gone forever. --- In AsburyPark@yahoogroups.com, "dfsavgny" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > --- In AsburyPark@yahoogroups.com, "Hinge" <hinge98@> wrote: > > > > Does anybody know what is to become of the Metropolitan Hotel? > > Also, does anybody know who I could contact to try and arrange for a > tour of the interior so I > > can take photographs? > > > I heard the other day they gave to green light to demolish it.
