I posted it because it mentioned AP and the inference (did you catch it) that prices ran up eventhouh no real development was completed. Also, that prices are not expected to fall so much (but I don't beleive that - they have fallen already). Thank you for the defense but it is not necessary against bigoted, provincial, mental midgets. BTW, the only reason I would sell early (I bought this for "old age") would be because of POS like him and the impossible task of moving forward in this city.
