Frank, That's wonderful I'm glad she is an African American woman you could nominate. In my opinion I think there are board members who do not appreciate African American women or men if they don't go along with their opinions. Maybe it would be good to relieve the board of their seats let the state step in for awhile to focus on the children and not all of the this drama going on. Toni
