So what does this mean? You guys are going to attack JK again, and stick out your tongues and go "told you so" Please.... Bear in mind, gang members don't wear uniforms (at least that we would recognize). They don't carry membership cards either. And they don't really like the authorities to know that they are gang members either. Instead of playing armchair gang census takers, let the authorities do there business instead of spending time here speculating and attacking the people that are trying to do good for our city. I'm sure the vast majority of the world has forgotten the "200 Bloods" isssue.
