scenarios. Has Convention Hall been restored? Has the casino been restored?
Have any
pavilions been restored or rebuilt?
Or, Perhaps they know EXACTLY what they are doing? Investing as little as
possible, just
riding the rise in property values. Doing just anough to keep the City at bay.
