There's a tremendous difference between someone who owns their own
property and doesn't move quickly vs. a "master developer" who has
taken ownership of properties as part of an overall agreement that is
supposed to ensure they fulfill their requirements in a specific
timeframe. Even more so since many of these properties were owned
by "the people" and sold to AP as part of this total agreement, which
should be designed to ensure the public interest is maintained. As
taxpayers "we" owned the boardwalk. "We" owned the casino,
convention hall, etc... "We" sold it to AP based on their commitment
to restore them. "We" have a right to expect that commitment to be
fulfilled.

Unless you are claiming that Werner's house was sold to him with
these kinds of stipulations, please avoid personal attacks using
apples to oranges comparisons. Your motivation is transparent.
Instead, spend time getting the commitments fulfilled that were made
to "us" when "our" properties were sold on our behalf. Because I
believe the prior owners - the taxpayers of AP - are getting tired of
the continuing dissapointment associated with the promises made to us
and the expectations that were set when our property was sold. I
know I am - and I started out as a big fan of the project...
