They challenge the zoning board's decision as arbitrary and capricious 
and ask the court again to overturn it. Or they mount a case under the 
religious freedom laws that AP is preventing them from fully practicing 
their religious beliefs. The latter is pretty powerful. Could be 
punitive damages.
