Oh, and just because no one investigates a crime, doesn't mean 
evidence won't turn up when investigated. I know for a fact, and can 
prove that corruption is here, albeit on a small scale; but any good 
cop will tell you, investigate the small crimes, and they'll unearth 
the larger ones.
