School choice. Win a lawsuit and most parents will still not send their kids to AP, UNLESS there were some signs of improvements. So far zero - minimal if any.
Many of those parents send their kids to private - not to RBR. I'm all for letting a parent in AP choose to send their kids to a private school - with a voucher from the state - a state that pays $90 million a year to AP. $40 million should be set aside to pay to private schools for those that choose - $12k per kid. A cost savings. They can go anywhere they want. OR, they can setup a new school within the school with OUTSIDE edcuators and volunteers for the top 100 kids. ------------------------ Yahoo!
