Well, my parents (sweet? Ok, maybe now.) still live in the house I 
grew up in. I lived there for 27 years. I don't pretend to be in a 
position to speak for the community, now. Mind you, I'm not saying 
that you were necessarily wrong or ingenuine. From what I can tell, 
you seem to be a well rounded guy. From my perspective, I had 
recognition in what you said as the type of things I hear from 
others; but have been unable to grasp, in my residency here . In my 
perspective, Your commentary to perspective buyer regarding the 
community reflects a certain echelon within the community, but not 
the community on the whole. All I would have him do is take a tour 
with you, and also with me; and make up his own mind.
