I think this is the main reason a lot of the people on this Yahoo  
board are considered negativists.  There are those who are simply  
tired of Asbury Partners getting a free ride through all of this.   
Let them push back timetables, miss deadlines, etc.  Meanwhile there  
are people willing to accept everything that's happening.  There's  
always somebody else to come on board right?  Oh look Madison  
Marquette will come save everything.

Uh... if Asbury Park needs someone like a Madison Marquette to come  
save things doesn't that mean that the city should be trying to dump  
Asbury Partners?

It seems like both the negative people and the positive people agree  
largely on what the problem is but the positive people want to keep  
ignoring the main issue and wish for the best.
