are we talking about the same building? the whole building was recently re
pointed and cleaned. open your eyes. see all the new bricks, and new groute
marks? work on the bricks has been done above nearly every window. why is
eveyone (not you) always so negative? sure, things have been bad, and they
seem to be getting worse in certain cases. but something like the berkely,
nothing to do with the city, or asbury partners, and still negative comments?
a mass amount of work has already been done to the building. be thankfull
someone came along, and wanted to sink that much money into something that has
an unknown future.
