"keep quiet, go with the flow, and you'll be here forever". At least while I worked there, I was smart enought to dump ATT stock at it's near high. Some extremely intelligent people I worked with. And others who were socially promoted. People that were very good at spending money or creating a career. They'd have meetings on how to create work for the unit. Tough when you're there to as a "process engineer" ro whatever the unit or title was for the week. The more you change the name of your unit and function, the longer the unit survived. Scattering people around or hiring consultants to advise not to advise wasl also good. Outsourcing even better way to survive. I want back. Yahoo!
