and so everyone is clear on my opinion of taxes here.
I think Government has grown larger than the Kingdon of God on the
earth. We can not afford the taxes to pay fulltime career
politicians their tribute any longer.
I think we should end elected office.
I think the States should concentrate the power of the people based
on each State with a strong and frugal State Goverment.
I see no need for both County and Municipality, one or the other, my
preference is county. The County Seat. If a neighborhood, village
borough or town wants to minimise the time away from home to approach
the electorate than appoint a board of governers who serve for no
compensation. School Board, throw them out, let county handle that.
The local volunteer committee or board of governers should get free
use of one wagon and team with feed and food for journey to county
seat once a quarter, and again once a year to the National convention
at the National capitol for solidarity of State and purpose of Nation.
Every man should get, One axe, one wife, 20 acres of land and all the
wood they can chop. It would be mandatory for everyone in a local
community to show up to build the house of each resident and to serve
in all policing and public safety concerns as well as all young
people male and female between 18 & 21 shall serve in the military
domestic and foriegn battles.
Foriegn car manufactorers should donate one car per 100 residents for
free, that car should be raffled off to raise rewvenue to pay for the
fire wagon. Where no car is desired each home should be alotted 2
horses, 2 mules 6 chickens, 4 female cows, 1 bull, 3 fishing poles,
12 pencils, 12 pads, 2 hand guns, 4 rifles, 1 spinning wheeel. all
the seeds for vegetables and wheat they can grow and harvest. Inter
local deals can be made among the people freely and independent of
tariffs.
There will be no need for any lawyers, bankers no medical bills with
out negotiating per annum. Commerce will be conducted with fresh
produce, minerals mined on ones land and crafts and talents. The
courts of common decency will meet over grievances of each
community. The oldest and wisest of each community will have a relay
race once a year for the position of Judge. The winner of the race
wins. He or she must also be able to read and write and never guilty
of sin or crime. No one under the age of 21 can Judge or hold
community office.
Everything you grow you can eat and share for small exchange, barter
or coin at the liesure of your neighbors. At no time can a tax be
levied on land or earnings.
