Developer to talk at chamber lunch

ASBURY PARK: Gary Mottola, managing director and head of investments for
Madison Marquette, will discuss the city's waterfront redevelopment at
an Asbury Park Chamber of Commerce business luncheon from noon to 2 p.m.
May 17, at Taka, 632 Mattison Ave.

Madison Marquette, the national retail developer, signed an agreement
with Asbury Partners that could see about $150 million to $200 million
invested to renovate the historic boardwalk buildings and build
entertainment and retail venues.

The cost is $15 for members, $20 for nonmembers. Respond by Wednesday to
