I've heard the discussion in our city many times about how building
new condos and bringing in new business's will help drive out the bad
guys and make the problem magically disappear.
So far, I see no evidence of that happening, and I really don't think
that the problem is going to magically disappear.
All one needs to do is look at Atlantic City as an example. 
Their problems just got worse. 
If Asbury really wants to improve their PR profile, and huge and
visible crackdown on street crime should really be taking place...not
just here and there, but daily.
