You are correct.
Also, in looking at the source of the page, they aren't even using the
 meta tag to help with search engine indexing.
It's too bad, because in general the site looks pretty good, and if it
was updated correctly people would probably return to it, but as it
stands now it's somewhat of a frustrating experience.
