Several factors are in play regarding this. The largest being that the
neighborhood in front of the Hotel has been decimated. Razed, gone
history.
Few residents to complain about it. I will make a prediction:
There will likely be a fire in the building due to lax security.
It is however substantially fireproof (concrete, steel,masonry
construction) so a complete burn down is unlikely.
