It's interesting that the photographer chose two or three location
shots which keep up the idea that Asbury Park is a dump.
I still believe that many people in North Jersey and New York - who
are NOT investors - still are unaware at any progress within the
town. This is because of the articles found in major papers like
the NY Times, Star Ledge, Philadelphia Inquirer (remember the article
a month or two back with pics people found hard to believe) and the
pictures always used in the articles.
