1. If the WB reopens with a new operator and puts on some cool shows 
and lets others play, would you go?

2. The WB never really catered to the Paramount crowd even it's day. 
More so the CH crowd. It all depends what's happening. 

You have to complement the crowd at the venue that brings the crowd 
in.

In hollywood, florida  you have the hard rock casino. YOu can also 
see the old indian gaming hall.  Tens of thousands go to the HR 
Casino and more so - to the entertainment complex

To me, this is what "they" want and it all be incorporated - 
new/old/local etc.

Even the "mall" aspect is almost bearable. 

done correctly, you'd have more people, more music then you'd know 
what to with.

People would be walking from one end of town to the other - bitching 
that it's to crowded.

To succeed, you need people. Lots of peoples.

Ask any merchant.
