I'm with you on that. Honestly, I'm bored with Monmouth County in general. The homogenized landscape bores me, and on a cultural and fun level, there's virtually nothing to do here anymore. I have to hop in my car and go to NYC to fill my need for entertainment. I wish there was an Asbury Park museum. Closest thing we have is the Library, and I wonder how many people even know about the displays there. There's a cool Communications Museum at Ft. Monmouth that nobody gets to see anymore. Up north in Morristown (Still a cool city) there's an excellent museum called "The Morris Museum" Here in Monmouth County. Retail and Real Estate. At least I have my bike to ride and places like Ocean Grove to visit. Without either i'd go mad.
