didn't want to get you upset. Just trying to show what the problem is.
The crime numbers/stats or lack of are meaningless.
It comes down to cleaning up the image of the ENTIRE city. Like rook or
someone said, u drive down main street, u don't know cookman exists if
you're passing through, let alone an oceanfront.
To me, lots of spending and marketing is concentrated in once section
of town. Again, I don't know how it's done and I'm sure it's a big
responsibility.
