Judge Perluss: RLUIPA does not protect non-religious uses of
facilities owned by religious institutions, he said. "Specifically, a
burden on a commercial enterprise used to fund a religious
organization does not constitute a substantial burden on `religious
exercise' within the meaning of RLUIPA," the jurist wrote.....


This is exactly what I've been saying. A religious place of worship is
one thing, but when you tr to extend it to everything else, then its a
business. 

What if a house of worship wants to open a restaraunt in the
building??? There are some neat buildings  - should that be permitted?
