It is all a matter of technology.

It's more of matter of massive deregulation, K Street lobbyists, and as Ward
said, greed. Those same folks now want to charge for certain uses of the
internet.

If radio & TV aren't important anymore, than why are conglos so interested?
Sadly the younger gens get their news still on TV and on shows like Jon
Stewart.

The pod people never materialized.

The Mammon Worshippers took over starting in 1981.

Radio was important when the only source of news was newspapers. WHen TV
arrived it was important until the Internet.

The only people that listen to radio and get their news from TV are the
older generation. Advertisers don't want to know anyone exists after 55. No
sponsors, no money to do what used to be done on TV and radio. Apparently we
stop
buying anything after 55.
