A "...continuous luxurious vacation."   Unlike the continuous
nightmare that long time residence have had to put up with since the
early 80s.

Isn't the declaration of "redevelopment" at that time and the
resulting mess enough evidence that Eminent Domain and Redevelopment
are not the answer to urban decay? Its been over 20 years.
