I knew I was going to regret this. No, but I did email my other
"buddy" Terry about that last night and the obvious error in the
posting dates of the meeting pointed out by Frank.

I got an answer a little while ago that because MM organized the
fireworks without council approval, he gave it administrative approval
with the caveat that the council had to later approve it officially. I
don't want to read into any more than was said but, I assume it was
done late in the game and the city did not want to be a heavy on
something that is actually good for the city because of a
technicality. I will also read into it that it will not be a habit.
although I missed those fireworks, I am glad that this was done and I
just wanted an explanation why there was a contradiction in the dates.
