Would they want the same deal as Metro? I doubt it. While Metro may
have made some slips, the failure, if that is what it is, is from the
deal they made, extraneous forces (credit crisis, construction costs)
but to a large part that fact that there is a middleman, but that may
go back to the deal they made.

I heard rumors that MM was angling for Westminister's sites. You will
always buck up against the same problem however - Partners. It is a
viscous cycle.

You remember the post that MM put an alarmed wall between its offices
and Partners'? Think there is any love loss there?

Don't put your faith in MM or any one or handful of developers. No one
is a savior. You must look to your self and in this case I refer to
the city. This is our city, our future. We have the right and
responsibility to determine its path.

The costs of not acting are greater than acting.
