I'm glad you bought up more about the funidng for stadium. Given that 
I didn't and still dont live in AP, I always followed the tales of AP.

The funding was probably more like $3.8m. A couple people wound up in 
court over "hey, where'd that money go..." if I recall. For some it 
looked like all the stadium got was a fresh coat of paint. Now in 
omst districts, $3.8m to repiar a stadium would seem pretty crazy vs. 
a set of bleachers. 

Regardless. AP has a great stadium. 

It's also a great thing that AP got a few carpetbaggers. Combined 
with some dedication from  a few good many people the LL was able to 
raise quite a bit of money.

For the most part, the $3.8m from 10 years ago was blown.

Don't blow the $250k that was raised, if I'm correct - with minimal 
city or state funding - if any. Did any rec $ go in, COAH $ or is all 
that money paying for admin costs?
