I'm certainly not an expert on MM, but I do know that is their niche
business. They create downtowns in areas that never had one. You can

I wouldn't be concerned about their pulling out of the boardwalk.
They're a huge corporation and they have projects all over the
country.
Personally, having always worked in community development, I would love
to do what MM does. It sounds like a very fun and rewarding job. I
also see that they assign someone from the company to live where the
project is. Well you can check out their site and form your own
opinions.
