Yea - maybe it might be what is needed. A real developer that has the
experience to
develop. A Timetable.
Maybe something exciting other then the crap that was originally planned that
will tie it all
together.

YOu'll get your true year-round resort and home town feel all in one.
At least one can go to MM website and see what they've done.
Now, call up one of those other towns and ask their mayor if they were
impressed with
their developments or not.
I'd guess they did ok.
