so do you make it ada compliant or not? The original concept remains -
bandshell and the rest of the building while still playing with the
art deco flair  - no?

If they bring in the entertainment, finish CH and Paramount and bring
in top entertainment...and people - then you have to give a little. No
one else has undertaken that task. 

Werner was right - the "general" public was held back until he press
and  employees were seated.
