based on the fact that I was under contract and that they have not
reached out to me I guess you can't be optimistic about
them getting anything started anytime soon....looks like Dean got in
over his head.
hopefully the momentum MM will create on the BW will direct people's
attention away from a stalled out contruction site...
thank god I got my deposit back!
