Many of the buyers - were from SI or other areas of M County. The
same ones who sat around boozing it up at Montego Bay, Key Largo and
Mary's, Bar A and yes...the Polo Club and The Trop...and hitting
Mc'ds on the BW - are those that have spend from $200k not that long
ago to over $1m to come back with wife and kids to OWN. Aguy bought
my friends 3 bungalows and another two next door to get 3 lots he
thought he was going to sell for $700k each - now he's around $500k
each and will barely break even - if at all. he knocked down 3
bungalows that returned $about $25k and another 2 that returned
another $30k. That cost him about $1.3m.
We're waiting. It's a matter of time.
