I have little doubt that the wrecking balls will show up to take the Fast Lane and The Baronet someday soon, without notice. I also think that it's doubtful that we'll see another rock club open in AP, unless it's got widespread brand recognition, such as a House of Blues. Owning and running a financially successful club is difficult these days. People don't go out as much as they used to, and people get turned off to spending $10 or more to get in, and inflated prices for drinks.
