Last night before seeing David Byrne (which was beyond amazing) we
went to Teak for a bite. It was half price night. Yes, half. every
monday. A bottle of wine, I had a scrumptious salad, sister had
amazing veg stirfry, friend had shrimp something. 42 bucks. place was
packed.
Teak is a pretty established restaurant and i have no idea about the
economics, but drastic times require drastic draw measures. I have
never seen anything like this in AP. It seems like it may need it.
salt creek in rumson has half price wine on weds i think.
