I met a guy who had a restaraunt in Ocean City the other day. He
decided to close in the winter - til march.
He said even this summer, what ruined his business - all the new
condos, duplexes etc - everything that chased away the REAL summer
people. People that paid to come to OCean City for the summer and
stayed all summer. He said no one stayed around.
