In this case, doesn't the user have many, many options available to 
them? 

Should gayasburypark.com be sued for only showing rainbow flags or 
gay oriented articles? 

Tommy better go sue gaydate.com or other site.... because there is no 
option for "man seeking woman" or "woman seeking man".

Sometimes the courts go beyond fair and reasonable.
