Wow, they should start knocking the delapadated houses throughout the city and 
put up a bunch of split level cookie cutter homes

Maybe even re-name the whole city, cause Asbury Park is quickly becoming a 
thing of the past

It's being demolished right now. Let's see if they reduce the sign on the 
marquee to rubble too. It came from a theater in NYC at the time the building
