I am in the business world, but I'm more involved with financial services for 
private wealth clients

My uncle though, has been a developer for over 30yrs, so I could shoot him an 
email and provide him with the information we have here and get his feedback, 
he's been retired a few years but I'm sure he could offer some unbiased opinion

Any FACTS about property/development rights ownership you can come up with ?
