Am I crazy to think that it's a bit unfair to have to pay for the privilege to
park in front of the home where I've lived for the past 6 years, while people
literally across the street from me pay nothing? Don't get me wrong, I'll pay
if I have to, but it seems like a poorly thought out and somewhat unfriendly
plan for residents such as myself. I'm already paying taxes to live here. Why
not just give out the permits with proof of residency?
