The parking sticker being sold with the ticket is the smart thing to do.

If yes, then tack on parking fee of $5 per car. The lot next to the pony can
and should be used for their "preferred" event parking. Every major venue now
does this.
Jack needs a sign "No Puking or Pissing Permitted".
Rig up a big spotlight behind those buildings. You can buy some great high
power spot/flashlights as well.
And like the old days of events when CH used to have them, they had to hire
event security guards.
Does the city require the pony/mm to pay for a certain amount of outside
security or pd on Summer Stage nights? they should.
Add another $2 to the ticket price.
