Does that guy sing/talk to himself when he's riding?
I have a guy who is similar with the biking around and dealing, he is very
blatant about it, lives a few houses away on Comstock, kinda in an alleyway
type thing

Bergh between AP Ave. and 1st has always been a hotspot. Lot's of discarded
condoms laying in the guitar.
The Delmonte Hotel across from me seems to be becoming a hot spot for drug
dealing. There's an older guy who's been making drug runs on his vintage
bicycle recently, and he's blatant about it. I'd love to see a squad car camp
out in front of that place for a few weeks.
