The building where Asbury Pie was located is supposed to undergo a massive
renovation. Perhaps they are relocating into one of the new retail bays in the
adjacent building?
It'll be nice for Asbury Lanes to be cleaned up, the exterior is really dumpy
and it doesn't need to be.
