the past several months - several units have been sold in Wesley - up to about
$700,000.

the place remains full, more or less zero rentals. That sends a strong signal
to make builders WANT to build what some people maybe looking for (the beach,
the location etc).

Things will continue to evolve - some win, some lose. That's life.

Face it - not everyone can deal with Asbury - never have and never will.

It's takes special people to plunk down a large chunk of money - to do so it
takes some level of success.

That's why there's other places to live.

There have been some ncie opportunities in single and multifamily homes over
the past few months that have quickly been picked up.

Keep on watching as the older homes come back to life - hoepfully as single
family homes - and projects are launched.
