I bought a condo in  the NE section in 2004. It is down from what I paid, I am 
sure. Would be nice to see it come back a little more as I have wanted to move 
to be closer to work since 2008, but enjoying Asbury in the meantime. Fingers 
crossed! If I had to guess, it is down at least 12%
