I am Nikhil from National Institute of Technology Goa, India. I am second
year student studying Computer science and Engineering . I know C,C++ and
am good at data structures.
I read your Ideas' list for Gsoc 2016 and found these ideas very
interesting. Two of which I want to work on are:

Parallel optimization solvers for ASCEND
I want to contribute this summer so please guide me what to do next?
