I just found It looks my "long" example blocks are always truncated in
the generated PDF (both dblatex/fop version). it seems the long example
will be truncated if it does not fit in 1 page. in HTML it's OK. are
there any known solution for that?
I guess there might be some parameters need to be tuned in dblatex or
fop, but not sure what they are ...
